What are coffee subscriptions? How do they work?

The subscription is a service designed to periodically deliver a carefully selected assortment of freshly roasted coffees from our catalog, tailored to your preferences regarding quantity and delivery frequency. You just choose, and we take care of the rest, hassle-free.

Important information:

  • Once you subscribe, your order will be included in the next roasting date: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday (excluding holidays) and shipped on the next business day.
  • Shipments will be made according to the frequency selected in your subscription (bi-weekly or monthly).
  • You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time, with no additional charges.

How much is shipping for the subscription?

Shipping is free on all Latterra subscriptions.

How can I edit my subscription?

If you need to change your address, adjust the quantity or frequency of your subscription, or even cancel it, you can easily do so from your user account.

To do this, log in with your email and password by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner. Once logged in, go to the "My subscription" section in the side menu. From there, you will be able to see the basic details of your subscription. By clicking on "View", you will access a complete view where you can postpone or cancel your subscription, as well as quickly update your payment method or shipping address.

We also have WhatsApp support available for any changes you may need.

What kind of roast do you use?

We use an omni-roast.

Does coffee contain allergens?

Our coffees are 100% natural and do not contain additives or allergens. Although some varieties may have notes of nuts or chocolate, these flavors are natural to the bean and do not contain those ingredients.

Naranja y panela al final, muy colombiano

Primera vez que pido aquí y qué acierto. Preparo en moka y la naranja es lo primero que notas, con una acidez muy elegante, nada agresiva. Luego viene la panela al final y le da un dulzor muy propio de los cafés colombianos. Envío rápido y el embalaje muy cuidado. Volveré.
