How does the coffee subscription work? Is it like magic?
Our subscription is designed so you never run out of coffee at home. Just tell us how many coffees you drink, what your favorite varieties are, and your preferred delivery frequency. We'll take care of everything else. You'll receive freshly roasted whole bean or ground coffee in scheduled deliveries, with the option to easily modify details via WhatsApp or your account.
Our subscription offers you more than 10% off compared to individual purchases, complete flexibility to adjust variety, quantity, or delivery date, and the convenience of receiving your coffee directly at home without worrying about placing orders. Your favorite coffee, always ready to accompany you.
Do I have to order every month, or is it automatic?
No, orders are automatically generated with the coffees you've added to your subscription. Depending on the frequency you choose, either monthly or every 15 days, you'll receive your order directly at home. If you need more coffee sooner than expected, you can advance your subscription, and if you still have some left, you can also delay it. Everything is managed easily via WhatsApp.
What if I want more or less coffee? Can I adjust my subscription?
No problem! You can adjust the coffee quantity or change your delivery date whenever you need to. If you're running low on coffee and need more urgently, just hop on our WhatsApp, and with a simple click, we'll start preparing your next delivery right away.
If I subscribe, do I pay shipping costs?
With our subscription you'll never pay for shipping.
If I move, what do I do with my coffee? Can I change the address?
No problem! You can change the delivery address for your subscription whenever you want, as long as it's active. Plus, if you need it to arrive earlier or later, you can also adjust the delivery date.
Can the coffee, quantity or frequency be modified? How?
Of course! You can change your coffee variety, adjust the quantity, or modify the delivery frequency of your order. It's a simple process that you can manage directly from the "My Account" section.
Can I unsubscribe / cancel the subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, easily, from your user account.
Is there a minimum order? I want to try it without committing too much.
Yes, the minimum for a subscription is 500g per month. This means that, if your subscription is monthly, you will consume at least 500g.
If you subscribe today, when will you receive your first subscription order?
It's great that you're joining our community of coffee lovers! Once you confirm your subscription, we'll get right to work preparing your order with all our care. You can expect to receive your first coffee package in about 2-3 business days.
Can I subscribe if I live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla? Are there any extra shipping costs?
At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla
When will my card be charged for the subscription?
Forget your worries! We have designed an automatic billing system so you can enjoy your subscription without interruptions. The first payment is made upon confirming your subscription. Subsequent payments will be charged to your card two days before the estimated shipping date, thus ensuring you always receive your favorite coffee on time.
Can I change my payment method once subscribed?
Changing your payment method is very easy. You can do it at any time from your account.
