• Product availability:
  All products offered in our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is not available after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.

• Prices:
  The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

• Purchase process:
  To make a purchase in our store, you must follow the steps of the online purchase process and provide the required information. Upon completing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details. • Payment methods:
  Payments are processed through the Shopify platform, using secure methods. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and other methods available at the time of purchase. We do not store payment information directly on our systems.

• Shipping:
  We offer free shipping on orders over €25. Shipments are made within Spanish territory. Delivery times vary according to the customer's location and the selected shipping method. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We are not responsible for possible delays attributable to the transport company.

Returns and cancellations:

• Right of withdrawal:
  You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. To exercise your right, you must notify your decision to withdraw from the contract via our email latterracafe@gmail.com indicating your order number and reason for return (if desired).

• Return conditions:
  Products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused condition and with their intact packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error. After receiving and verifying the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days.

• Order cancellation:
  You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipment. If it has been processed, you will have to wait to receive the order and make a return according to the withdrawal conditions.

All content, design, logos, images, and texts present on the Latterra website are the property of the brand and are protected by current intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction of the store's content is prohibited without our express authorization.
