Returns and refunds
At Latterra, we strive to offer you the best quality with every order. If you have any problem with your purchase, we will be happy to help you. Send us an email to info@latterra.cafe and we will respond within 24-48 business hours to offer you a solution.
To process your return or refund request, we need you to describe the problem in as much detail as possible, and attach a photo of the contents of the received package, as well as a photo of the package label, making sure it is completely legible.
We take the quality of our products very seriously, checking each coffee before sending it to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For that reason, returned coffees cannot be resold.
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- The customer does not receive the package due to an error by the courier company.
- We made an error in the preparation or content of your order.
- The package arrives damaged or open due to sealing issues.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product arrives in good condition, but the customer no longer wants it.
- The package was not delivered due to the customer's lack of response, despite several contact attempts by the courier company (multiple calls, SMS, or pick-up notifications).
- Other cases where there is no attributable error to either the courier company or Latterra.
